When it’s midnight, and a storm has taken down some trees and possibly some fence, and you hear coyotes howling, are they letting others know that you just had a half-dozen baby goats born last night? When you go out to check the fences, feeders, water tanks, and so on, it’s nice to have a firearm AND a light capable of dealing with whatever you find, safely, humanely, and effectively. It’s no time for a wimpy flashlight, duct-taped to your trusty old shotgun. The T-7 and a Marlin levergun may just be what is needed.
